Sada ta velika promjena sjeda u tijelo koje je uvjetovano na odre\u0111eni na\u010din, navike uma i karakterne osobine. U nama raste novi mali \u017eivot, koji bez pitanja tko smo i \u0161to \u017eelimo radi svoj put. Najednom sve mu se podre\u0111uje i na\u0161a ranije steknuta pona\u0161anja jo\u0161 vi\u0161e dolaze do izra\u017eaja. Ako smo do sada redovno vje\u017ebale i \u201cbavile se sa sobom\u201d jednostavno \u0107emo nastaviti. Ako nismo \u010dinit \u0107e nam se puno te\u017ee sada krenuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yoga za trudnice<\/strong> namijenjena je svima neovisno o prethodnom iskustvu jer nije bitno kako smo do sada bivale, drugo stanje je prilika za krenuti iz po\u010detka, zapravo to je ponovni po\u010detak jer tijelo se na neki na\u010din \u201cresetira\u201d. Sada si mo\u017eemo uzeti vremena za razgibavanje, zdravlje, usmjeravanje pa\u017enje prema sebi i svojoj bebi, opu\u0161tanje i pripremu za porod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yoga u periodu trudno\u0107e donosi mnoge dobrobiti koje i lije\u010dnici \u010desto preporu\u010duju. <\/strong><br>Kao prvo praksa je lagana i spora pa se ne mo\u017eemo ozlijediti. Pokreti i polo\u017eaji provode se svjesno i s punom pa\u017enjom, uvijek oslu\u0161kujemo kako se osje\u0107amo i radimo ono \u0161to je za nas dobro. <br>S druge strane tijekom zadr\u017eavanja polo\u017eaja razvijamo snagu i odr\u017eavamo kineti\u010dki lanac mi\u0161i\u0107a povezanim. Snaga nije mogu\u0107nost izolirati jedan jaki mi\u0161i\u0107 ve\u0107 dobro povezati mi\u0161i\u0107e i prenos te\u017eine kroz cijelo tijelo. Kada do\u0111e mala beba trebat \u0107e nam dosta snage da ju mo\u017eemo dr\u017eati, nositi i ljulju\u0161kati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fleksibilnost koju nam donosti vje\u017ebanje yoge poma\u017ee da cijelo tijelo i um postanu prilagodljiviji. Na primjer, krhka grana \u0107e se pod naletom jakog vjetra prelomiti dok \u0107e se fleksibilna samo saviti i vratiti na isto mjesto. Tako je i s nama. Krutost je nemogu\u0107nost prilagodbe tijelom ali i umom. Uz koncept istezanja ve\u017eemo i osje\u0107aj slobode, otvorenosti i lako\u0107e. Napetosti, gr\u010devi, pritisak i kontrakcije koje nastaju u tijelu utje\u010du na na\u0161e emotivno stanje i kapacitet da \u201cbudemo tu za drugoga\u201d, koji svakako trebamo ja\u010dati s obzirom na to da dolazi malo bi\u0107e koje \u0107e nas trebati 24h na dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zadnje i najva\u017enije. Disanje!&nbsp;\u010carobna mo\u0107 yoge je u dahu pa tako i u trudni\u010dkoj yogi, di\u0161emo sporo, mirno, ciljano i duboko. Di\u0161emo kroz sve organe, duboko u donja le\u0111a, di\u0161emo do bebe, u svim, tamo gdje se iste\u017eemo samo di\u0161emo svjesno. Tako da mo\u017eemo dahom regulirati neki dio tijela ili svoje stanje. Kada do\u0111e veliki napor poroda imamo taj vrijedni unutarnji alat kojim si mo\u017eemo pomo\u0107i. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Svaka trudnica je posebna i svaka trudno\u0107a druga\u010dija zato je bitno da razvijamo neposrednu svjesnost tijelom te da se pripremamo za porod i maj\u010dinstvo.
