class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osnovu supe \u010dine luk, celer i list kelja, koji joj daju blagu povrtnu pozadinu. Krompir donosi gusto\u0107u, ali nema previ\u0161e intenzivnu aromu, pa \u0161paroge i dalje ostaju u prvom planu. Supa je zasitna, a istovremeno puna povr\u0107a. Kim koristim diskretno, dok ka\u0161i\u010dica jabukovog sir\u0107eta unosi svje\u017einu i zaokru\u017euje okus. U sezoni divljih \u0161paroga pripremali smo je vi\u0161e puta jer je bila pravi pogodak. Kuham 10 minuta. Kada povr\u0107e omek\u0161a, dodam divlje \u0161paroge isje\u010dene na kratke komade i kuham jo\u0161 3-5 minuta, pa ugasim vatru. Supu izmiksam \u0161tapnim mikserom. Treba biti gusta, ali ne poput ka\u0161e, pa je bolje po\u010deti s manje vode i po potrebi je dodati. Na kraju umije\u0161am ka\u0161i\u010dicu jabukovog sir\u0107eta.<br>Za ukras je mo\u017eete posuti isjeckanim per\u0161unom i kockicama prepe\u010denog hljeba.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
