Obiluju aminokiselinom asparagin koja je dobila ime po ovom povr\u0107u. \u010cista\u010d su organizma, pogoduju probavi, \u0161tite srce i krvne \u017eile. Imaju detoksikacijski u\u010dinak zbog gor\u010dine za koju su zaslu\u017eni sastojci asparagin i spargaurin koji ubrzavaju oporavak organizma jer poti\u010du rad jetre i \u017eu\u010di. Osim toga zahvaljuju\u0107i diureti\u010dkom djelovanju poti\u010du \u010di\u0161\u0107enje organizma te poma\u017eu pri ote\u017eanom mokrenju. Oni daju tipi\u010dnu &#8220;juhastu&#8221; pozadinu. Juha je dosta zasitna i prija za \u017eeludac, istovremeno hrani i oboga\u0107uje nutrijentima. Kim je samo u pozadini mo\u017ee ga se malo staviti, a \u017eli\u010dica octa donosi svje\u017einu i poma\u017ee za probavljivost. Juhu smo u sezoni divljih \u0161paroga kuhali vi\u0161e puta jer je ba\u0161 pravi pogodak. Ostavim kuhati 10 minuta. Nakon \u0161to povr\u0107e omek\u0161a dodam \u0161paroge rezane na kratke komade i kuham jo\u0161 3-5 minuta pa gasim vatru. Juhu nakon kuhanja pasiram \u0161tapnim mikserom da bude gusta, ne kao ka\u0161a ve\u0107 ba\u0161 taman gusta da napuni svaku \u017elicu, zato je bolje kuhati s manje vode pa dodati ako fali. Dodam \u017eli\u010dicu jabu\u010dnog octa i promije\u0161am.<br>Za ukras mo\u017ee se posuti rezanim listom per\u0161ina i kockicama tostiranog kruha.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
