Principi su jednostavni i njihova primjena je izravan trud prema najve\u0107oj vrijednosti koju mo\u017eemo dobiti od yoge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnova metode je <strong>Somatska yoga<\/strong> &#8211; povezivanje pa\u017enje s tjelesnim senzacijama, slu\u0161anje govora tijela te kalibriranje emocija kroz tijelo. Metoda radi na bu\u0111enju \u017eivotne energije (<em>Prane<\/em>) na\u010dinom na koji se kre\u0107emo i kako di\u0161emo. Emocije su tako\u0111er na ljestvici od stiske do otvorenosti i osjetimo ih u tijelu. Razumijevanjem tog jezika mo\u017eemo svjesno regulirati svoja stanja. Prirodna inteligencija tijela te\u017ei zdravlju i povratku u balans.<strong> Tijelo se samo lije\u010di \u010dim mu za to omogu\u0107imo prave uvjete i na tu se tendenciju mo\u017eemo osloniti.<\/strong> Ispravni uvjeti se svode na dva principa: po\u010deti raditi ono \u0161to je korisno te prestati raditi ono \u0161to uzrokuje lo\u0161a i bolna stanja (tijela i uma).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Zdravlje je proto\u010dnost, lako\u0107a izmjene primanja i pu\u0161tanja.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Vodim te kroz jednostavne i razumljive sate yoge, pokazujem i obja\u0161njavam kako se namjestiti i kuda staviti pa\u017enju kako bi od vje\u017ebe dobili u\u010dinak koji \u017eelimo. U sklopu programa online yoge dajem smjernice za pisanje <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/blog\/mindful-dnevnik\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/blog\/mindful-dnevnik\/\"><em>Mindful<\/em> dnevnika<\/a> koji poma\u017ee da imamo jasnu viziju o tome gdje smo u praksi i kakav imamo odnos s obrascima u koje lako upadamo. Time zatvaraju tijelo u fetalni polo\u017eaj, skra\u0107uju prednju stranu tijela i onemogu\u0107uju uspravno dr\u017eanje. Radom na izdu\u017eivanju prednje, a ja\u010danju stra\u017enje strane tijela i adresiranju tih skupina mi\u0161i\u0107a mi stojimo uspravno bez napora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er kada izgubimo snagu i integritet centra tijela, periferija kre\u0107e preuzimati tu funkciju, a to zna\u010di da su u konstantnoj napetosti mi\u0161i\u0107i koji nemaju tkiva s dugom izdr\u017eljivo\u0161\u0107u i po\u010dinju stvarati stres (na primjer trapezius). Kada imamo dobar omjer snage i opu\u0161tenosti na najbolji na\u010din koristimo svoje tijelo i naju\u010dinkovitiji smo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Kada osna\u017eimo centar s lako\u0107om se nosimo uspravno te imamo otvoreni stav.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. U <em>mindful<\/em> odnosu osvje\u0161tavamo da u jednom trenutku mo\u017eemo imati vi\u0161e iskustava, na primjer te\u017einu snage i lako\u0107u otvorenosti. Upravo time kako raspore\u0111ujemo snagu i opu\u0161tenost u tijelu, namje\u0161tavamo odnos tijesnih senzacija i imamo iskustvo asane bez napora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nastojimo ostaviti \u0161iroku ali potpuno prisutnu pa\u017enju s tjelesnim senzacijama kroz sve promjene tijekom prakse. Ako nam se pa\u017enja suzi provjerimo \u0161to ju je odvuklo i mo\u017eemo li je opet ra\u0161iriti da isto do\u017eivimo iz \u0161ireg prostora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zato jer smo svojom svjesnom odlukom stali u neki polo\u017eaj imamo odlu\u010dnost da \u0107emo ga dr\u017eati s veseljem, dati najbolje od sebe i dobro izbalansirati odnos snage, istezanja i opu\u0161tenosti. U praksi ovog principa osvijestimo razlike, na primjer miran stav nogu, a lako\u0107a kretanja torza i ruku ili jak trbuh ali opu\u0161teni mi\u0161i\u0107i lica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u0160irenje prostora oko iskustva i dobar omjer snage i lako\u0107e daju nam podlogu za <em>mindful<\/em> odnos do svakog stanja.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Ako u istom polo\u017eaju imamo izvu\u010denu zdjelicu i ravnu kralje\u017enicu te di\u0161emo &#8220;gore &#8211; dolje&#8221; uzdu\u017e nje, radimo vje\u017ebu za rotaciju mi\u0161i\u0107a le\u0111a.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Klju\u010d za \u017eeljeni u\u010dinak je u namjeri zbog koje smo se na odre\u0111eni na\u010din postavili i kako u polo\u017eaju di\u0161emo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Jasna namjera zna\u010di i osvijestiti iz kojeg razloga idemo dublje u neki polo\u017eaj, da li se forsiramo zato \u0161to mislimo da trebamo ne\u0161to posti\u0107i ili po\u0161tujemo govor tijela i dajemo mu mogu\u0107nost da se samo otvori i namjesti. <strong>Tu se na\u0161e namjere razlikuju izme\u0111u ispravnih i neispravnih. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijekom prakse mo\u017eemo osvijestiti lijenost, dosadu, bol, emotivnu reakciju, komplekse i utiske u tijelu no nastojimo ne reagirati iz njih. Ispravna namjera je prakticirati nepovrje\u0111ivanje, strpljenje i suosje\u0107anje do onoga \u0161to osje\u0107amo dok vje\u017ebamo upravo u dodiru s neugodnim senzacijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Vje\u017ebamo s jasno\u0107om i odlu\u010dnosti tako da dobijemo u\u010dinak koji \u017eelimo posti\u0107i.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Zatim ga treba aktivirati, prema potrebi istegnuti ili oja\u010dati i \u201ckroz njega\u201d prodisati. Kada upotrijebimo ta tri principa dok ciljano aktiviramo odre\u0111eni dio tijela uz strpljenje i po\u0161tovanje prema problemu,<strong> dr\u017eimo najsigurniji odnos i stvaramo uvjete da tjelesna inteligencija potakne prirodu iscjeljenja.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usmjeravamo miran, duboki dah u taj dio tijela, \u0161to nije samo metafora ve\u0107 je doslovno jer na\u0161e tijelo svakim udahom dobiva kisik u sve stanice i zaista mo\u017eemo \u201cdisati u kukove\u201d.
