Va\u0161a sam prijateljica i nemam potrebu da vas uvjeravam u vrijednosti koje podu\u010davam, kod mene je sve jasno i bez dogme, a na vama je da uzmete i primijenite \u0161to vam koristi. Dok su se drugi studenti bezbri\u017eno dru\u017eili, postavljala sam si pitanje \u201ckako biti sretna, znaju\u0107i da je \u017eivot nepredvidiv i da su rastanci svakodnevna istina\u201d. S 20 godina otvorila mi se prilika da odem na tri mjeseca u Sri Lanku u Budisti\u010dki meditacijski centar. Tamo sam dobila svoj odgovor, puno meditirala i s otvorenim srcem studirala Budino u\u010denje pod vodstvom mudrih majstora. Nakon povratka u svakodnevni \u017eivot u meni je postojao veliki jaz izme\u0111u tog \u201csmislenog \u017eivota u prirodi, s meditativnim umom i podr\u0161kom zajednice\u201d te gradskog, studentskog. Kroz godine spojila sam te dva svijeta te se trudim i vas motivirati da u svakodnevnim radnjama probudite svijest i prona\u0111ete najdublji smisao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Upravo je ovaj svakodnevni \u017eivot na\u0161e najve\u0107e bogatstvo i smisao.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Pro\u0161la sam mnogo vi\u0161ednevnih <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/programi\/online-meditacija\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/programi\/online-meditacija\/\"><em>Vipassana<\/em> i <em>Mindfulness<\/em><\/a> povla\u010denja u potpunoj ti\u0161ini. U meditaciji u\u010dimo osvijestiti stanje i ostati \u0161iri od njega. To je ve\u0107inom najlak\u0161e kroz tijelo i tjelesne senzacije jer u tijelu lako osjetimo gr\u010d (reaktivnost) i mo\u017eemo zadr\u017eati opu\u0161teni prostor oko stisnutog. Nau\u010dila sam puno o poveznici tijela i uma, detaljima asana i tehni\u010dkom poravnanju. Stekla sam mnogo iskustva u vo\u0111enju yoge, asistiranju asana, podr\u0161ci polaznicima i o tome kako smo svi razli\u010diti. Na te sam temelje nadogradila znanje o anatomiji i fizionomiji tijela te stavila naglasak na to da nam praksa yoge bude terapija. Pro\u0161la sam mnoge radionice i te\u010dajeve na temu yoga terapije, prenatalne i antistress yoge te body work tehnika. Iz tih iskustava moj pristup vo\u0111enju ima pridjev terapijska yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Yoga nam treba biti lijek, a ne sama sebi cilj. Yoga je praksa otpu\u0161tanja, a ne nakupljanja.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Vodim vas tako da objasnim \u0161to \u017eelimo posti\u0107i kada izvodimo neki polo\u017eaj ili pokret. S jasnim namjerama mo\u017eemo se namjestiti da odre\u0111eni dio tijela potaknemo i da se s njime pozabavimo. Tijekom godine, kroz <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/online-yoga\/godisnji-program-online-joge\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3550\">mjese\u010dne teme<\/a> pokre\u0107emo cijelo tijelo u razli\u010ditim smjerovima, pobolj\u0161avamo mobilnost, snagu i otvorenost u dobrom omjeru. Na primjer prou\u010davanje Indologije i svetih hinduisti\u010dkih spisa, pjevanje mantri, sljedba gurua, pokret tijela i daha\u2026 Moj je stav prema disciplini koja nam je do\u0161la s istoka da trebamo uzeti ono \u0161to je za nas najbolje te uklopiti u \u017eivotni stil i kulturu u kojoj \u017eivimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepoznala sam da je meni osobno najkorisniji upravo ovaj \u201cnajvidljiviji\u201d aspekt yoge. Yogijske metode u vidu vje\u017ebi, ciljanih tehnika, rada s dahom, metode rada s umom (tzv. meditacije), yogijske prehrane i sli\u010dno. Brojni su izvrsni savjeti i prakti\u010dne upute koji slu\u017ee odr\u017eavanju zdravlja, rje\u0161avanju zdravstvenih tegoba, redukciji stresa i op\u0107enitom pobolj\u0161anju kvalitete \u017eivota. Stari dobri moto <strong>&#8220;zdrav duh u zdravom tijelu&#8221;<\/strong>.&nbsp; Za mene tu nema religiozne konotacije, nema dogme niti sumnje &#8211; yoga je za svakoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-left is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Yoga je set inteligentnih i prakti\u010dnih metoda za o\u010duvanje zdravlja koje djeluju na sva tijela neovisno o rasi, spolu i dobi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedina karakteristika potrebna za praksu yoge je osobna spremnost da se ulo\u017ee trud i volja, drugim rije\u010dima jedina prepreka je lijenost. Na\u0161e zdravlje je u na\u0161im rukama. Volja i predanost koje su nam potrebne za redovno tjelesno i mentalno usmjeravanje (tako zvanu disciplinu) uvelike \u0107e obojiti namjera iz koje djelujemo. Namjere mogu biti razne i svatko mo\u017ee za sebe procijeniti \u0161to \u017eeli od prakse i vidjeti iz \u010dega djeluje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako djelujemo iz namjere da \u017eelimo posti\u0107i rezultat u yogi kao npr. dose\u0107i neku asanu \u201conako kako bi trebala izgledati\u201d = ozlijediti \u0107emo se (tako je i u \u017eivotu, fiksiranost na rezultat osljepljuje nas na putu). Yoga nije praksa postizanja i gomilanja osobnih dostignu\u0107a i ono \u0161to smo ve\u0107 \u010duli prakticira se ne-nasilno. Nasilje prema samome sebi je siliti se da idemo \u201cdublje\u201d u trenutku kada osje\u0107amo da tijelo ne mo\u017ee samo zato \u0161to smo to ju\u010der mogli ili zato \u0161to mo\u017ee netko pokraj nas. Prate\u0107i takve misli idemo suprotno od smisla yoge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako postavimo namjeru da \u0107emo dati najbolje od sebe sada, po\u0161tuju\u0107i ono \u0161to se pojavi, razvijamo navike uma koje su velika vrijednost op\u0107enito u pristupu koji imamo do \u017eivota.<br>Kada prakticiramo nema ju\u010der i sutra, ima samo po\u0161tivanje ovog \u0161to je sada tu i mudrost da znamo napraviti najbolje \u0161to mo\u017eemo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Dati najbolje \u0161to mo\u017eemo onome \u0161to radimo iz trenutka u trenutak smisao je \u017eivota.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Dakle smisao prakse je pitanje s kojim kre\u0107emo u praksu. S tim \u0107emo pitanjem kroz ono \u0161to radimo izraziti svoj odnos do toga \u0161to radimo i odnos do sebe op\u0107enito. Yoga nam bjelodano pokazuje odnos koji imamo sa sobom. Odmah \u0107e na povr\u0161inu izviriti npr. samokriti\u010dar, sumnja u sebe, strah od onoga \u0161to osjetimo, nervoza, dosada, nedostatak samopuzdanja i sli\u010dno &#8211; na\u0161 odnos s nama samima. Sama rije\u010d yoga zna\u010di \u201cujediniti\u201d, to smo ve\u0107 mnogo puta \u010duli, a mo\u017ee se tuma\u010diti doslovno: potpunu svjesnu pa\u017enju ujedinimo s tjelesnim iskustvom koje se odvija u ovom trenutku u tijelu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz yogu u\u010dimo prihvatiti, otpustiti ili prevladati navike koje nas ko\u010de. U\u010dimo razlikovati tjelesno iskustvo od komentara na isto koji su obi\u010dno jako usko spojeni. Problem u tom kratkom spoju je da automatski reagiramo na misli koje su bile izazvane tjelesnim senzacijama koje opet izazivaju iste misli i mi se vrtimo u \u201cslijepom krugu\u201d (samsara). <br>Na\u0161 cilj kroz yogu je davati prostora i mogu\u0107nosti za druga\u010dije reakcije, nove opcije i rje\u0161enja. Na primjer, kada stojimo u polo\u017eaju koji nam je izazovan te nam do\u0111u misli kako to vi\u0161e ne mo\u017eemo podnijeti, no ipak ostanemo, na\u0111emo na\u010din da di\u0161emo, prihvatimo tijelom, malo po malo smanjujemo snagu mislima da &#8220;ne mo\u017eemo&#8221; te isto iskustvo do\u017eivimo iz druge perspektive. Znamo da se naju\u010dinkovitija promjena odvija kad radimo s tijelom i umom zajedno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Na\u0161e tijelo je riznica navika, memorija i podsvjesnog djelovanja. Tijelo do\u017eivljava svijet oko sebe, a razum interpretira taj do\u017eivljaj.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugo korisno i prakti\u010dno re-programiranje koje se doga\u0111a redovnom (ispravnom) praksom yoge je odvojiti stres od snage u tijelu te biti u mogu\u0107nosti pro\u0107i kroz stresno iskustvo i otpustiti ga nakon \u0161to pro\u0111e. Odre\u0111eni djelovi tijela kada su napeti (aktivni) razviti \u0107e snagu tijela, dok drugi kada su u spazmu dr\u017ee stres u tijelu. Mo\u0107i odvojiti ovo dvoje (koji se vrlo \u010desto aktiviraju zajedno) je razlika izme\u0111u toga da li \u201cdr\u017eimo situaciju\u201d ili \u201cpadamo u nju\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primjer ako radimo ne\u0161to fizi\u010dki te\u0161ko kao \u0161to je izazovni yoga polo\u017eaj te na snagu nogu reagiramo s namr\u0161tenim izrazom lica i kratkim dahom cjelokupno iskustvo mo\u017ee stvoriti novi stres, no situacija se mjenja ve\u0107 ako opustimo mi\u0161i\u0107e lica i produbimo disanje. <br>Praksom yoge dobivamo mogu\u0107nost da svojim tijelom kreiramo iskustvo te odgovaramo na bilo koju situaciju svjesno, strpljivo i suosje\u0107ajno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Put yoge je polagan, postepeno nas mijenja. Na vo\u0111enim online satima (ili u sklopu privatne poduke) pozabavim se odre\u0111enim problemom, pitanjem ili dijelom tijela. Pokretima, dahom, stavljanjem pa\u017enje na neki dio, istezanjem i suosje\u0107ajnim stavom mo\u017eemo dotaknuti svoje tijelo svjesno i ciljano te razra\u0111ivati mi\u0161i\u0107e i tkiva koji nas dr\u017ee zarobljenima u boli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terapijski pristup uva\u017eava kompleksnost svakog zdravstvenog problema te mu pristupa holisti\u010dki &#8211; cjelovito koriste\u0107i yogijske metode. Yoga terapija uva\u017eava individualne razlike u dobi, \u017eivotnom stilu, filozofiji, zanimanju, mentalnom i fizi\u010dkom zdravlju svakog pojedinca jer svatko od nas je poseban spoj psiho-somatskih karakteristika. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interes za terapijskim pristupom yogi dijelim s kolegicom Katarinom Luketinom s kojom sam zapo\u010dela program online edukacija \u201cDivya terapija\u201d (po novom Zdrav'ko yoga). Pozvale smo cijenjene hrvatske yoga u\u010ditelje koji su tako\u0111er prepoznali kako se yoga mo\u017ee primijeniti u terapijske svrhe da obrade po jednu temu u dvosatnoj teoretsko &#8211; prakti\u010dnoj radionici. Serija edukacija bila je jako uspje\u0161na i edukativna, sama sam mnogo toga nau\u010dila. K. S. Iyengara &#8220;Light on yoga&#8221; te po\u010dinjem raditi yoga polo\u017eaje prema toj knjizi u dru\u0161tvu prijatelja. <\/strong>Nastavljam prakticirati samostalno do 23. godine kada kre\u0107em na grupne vo\u0111ene sate Ashtanga i Vinyasa yoge u tada\u0161nje zagreba\u010dke yoga studije Navu i Sanghu. Od godine 2009. Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga postaje osnova za moju osobu praksu i yogu koju podu\u010davam, vi\u0161e o mojem stavu i pristupu <strong>Ashtanga Vinyasa yogi<\/strong> pro\u010ditajte na &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/programi\/ashtanga-yoga\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/programi\/ashtanga-yoga\/\">Ashtanga yoga<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program obuke za u\u010diteljicu yoge (RYT 200) zavr\u0161avam u GaiaYoga \u0161koli pod vodstvom Marca Bianca i Sandre \u0110idara Bianco. Zahvalna sam svojim u\u010diteljima \u0161to su me podr\u017eali i u\u010dili.<br>Kroz godine pro\u0161la sam mnoge radionice i te\u010dajeve poznatih svjetskih Ashtanga yogija: David Swenson, Richard Freeman, Kino MacGregor, Marc i Joanne Darby, Govinda Kai, Manju Jois, Harmony Litchi, Eddie Stern, Petri Raisanen\u2026&nbsp;Edukaciju za voditelja yoge nastavljam s Petrom Carmichael u Divya yoga studiju gdje zavr\u0161avam daljnje \u0161kolovanje (RYT&nbsp;500).&nbsp;Tu moja praksa dobiva stabilnost i sigurnost na \u010demu se mogu zahvaliti svojoj u\u010diteljici Petri.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Krenula sam podu\u010davati yogu motivirana osje\u0107ajem kako je ta disciplina vrijedan alat za bolji \u017eivot te kako mogu prenijeti drugima ono \u0161to je pomoglo meni.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>2004. godine na tri mjeseca&nbsp;odlazim u Sri Lanku u budisti\u010dki meditacijski centar gdje produbljujem znanje o budizmu i Vipassana meditaciji.&nbsp;Od tada poha\u0111am&nbsp;mnoga desetodnevna meditacijska povla\u010denja pod vodstvima u\u010ditelja:&nbsp;<strong>Mislav Bre\u010di\u0107,&nbsp;Bhante Sujiva, Ajahn Sundra, Martine Batchelor, Tina Rasmussen, S. N. Goenka centri<\/strong>. Vi\u0161e o meditaciji pro\u010ditajte na stranici <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/programi\/meditacija\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/programi\/meditacija\/\">meditacija<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prakse meditacije i yoge ne odvajam od svakodnevice ve\u0107 primjenjujem bogatstva tih u\u010denja za \u017eivot koji \u017eivimo ovdje i sada.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yogu podu\u010davam od kad sam zavr\u0161ila \u0161kolu za u\u010ditelja yoge, od 2012.g., prvo u nekoliko manjih grupa na vi\u0161e mjesta no uskoro kre\u0107em voditi redovne grupe u Om yogi i \u0160arenom studiju. Od 2018. g. po\u010dinjem voditi Divya yoga centar i \u0161kolu sa svojom u\u010diteljicom Petrom, na\u0161a suradnja bila je jako lijepa ali kratka jer je Petra preselila u Ameriku i prepustila Divya yoga centar meni. Do 2021. g. s kolegama vodim centar, programe yoge i dvije generacije za obuku u\u010ditelja yoge (TT200). Centar se u prolje\u0107e 2021. g. zatvara, a u jesen iste godine kre\u0107em raditi samostalno i zapo\u010dinjem ovaj Tena yoga projekt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column
