To je priroda ravnote\u017ee, kada je negdje preveliki pritisak (tlak) on se mora uravnote\u017eiti. Na\u0161e tijelo tra\u017ei ravnote\u017eu kroz djelovanje prirodnih tjelesnih funkcija \u010di\u0161\u0107enja (povra\u0107anje, podrigivanje, \u0161tucanje&#8230;) no mi mu u tome mo\u017eemo i pomo\u0107i yogijskim <em>Kriyama<\/em> (unutarnjim akcijama). Osnovnih \u0161est<em>Yoga Kriya<\/em> su: <em>Neti<\/em> &#8211; \u010di\u0161\u0107enje nosne \u0161upljine, <em>Dhauti<\/em> &#8211; \u010di\u0161\u0107enje probavnog trakta od usta do \u017eeluca, <em>Nauli<\/em> &#8211; abdominalna masa\u017ea, <em>Basti<\/em> &#8211; \u010di\u0161\u0107enje donjeg dijela probavnog trakta (klistiranje), <em>Kapalabhati<\/em> &#8211; yogijsko disanje koje \u010disti nos, sinuse i plu\u0107a, <em>Tratak<\/em> &#8211; pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje o\u010di i pobolj\u0161avanje fokusa. Prolazimo dinami\u010dne yoga kriye i pranayame. Yoga za detox i poticanje protuupalnih procesa za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje organizma. <strong>Dinami\u010dni pokreti i snaga bude vulkan na\u0161eg sistema koji otklanja zaostatke.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mindful dnevnik: Dodir s ljutnjom, zdravi aspekt ljutnje. Usmjeravanje energije ljutnje i preuzimanje kontrole.
