Ovaj se mjesec bavimo otvaranjem ramenog pojasa i pobolj\u0161avanja kapaciteta daha. Omek\u0161avamo prsni ko\u0161, ramena i trup te di\u0161emo &#8220;kroz srce&#8221;.\u00a0Plu\u0107a grle na\u0161e srce, a ritam disanja izravno djeluje na ritam srca i cijeli \u017eiv\u010dani sustav. Kada oslobodimo disanje srce se kre\u0107e u \u0161irem, ugodnijem prostoru i ima vi\u0161e kapaciteta za strpljenje i razumijevanje svih stanja s kojima smo prisutni. <strong>Posve\u0107ujemo ovaj mjesec koherenciji daha i srca, mobilnosti ramena i uspavnom stavu. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mindful dnevnik: Vrati se svojoj sr\u010danoj energiji.
