Kao stablo i mi se uzdi\u017eemo od gravitacije i rastemo prema gore. Uspravnost se prirodno uspostavlja smjerom energije koja te\u010de uzdu\u017e kralje\u017enice, na\u0161e glavne centralne osovine. Na ovom izazovu svaki se dan posve\u0107ujemo ja\u010danju baze i korijena tijela, a to su noge i zdjelica koji daju potisak za rast (Mula i Uddiyana bandha), te produ\u017eivanju i osna\u017eivanju du\u017eine kralje\u017enice kroz koju se budnost prolistava. Gradimo pravi omjer uspravnosti i budnosti bez napora. Ciljano ja\u010damo mi\u0161i\u0107e zdjelice, sakroilijakalnog zgloba, pelvi\u010dnog dna, gluteuse, kvadricepse i aduktore te le\u0111ne mi\u0161i\u0107e, a uz to mobiliziramo i radimo dekompresiju kralje\u017eaka. Peglamo le\u0111a, resetiramo umor i uko\u010denost donjih le\u0111a, a kroz dane redovite prakse stvaramo pravu kvalitetu snage i mobilnosti le\u0111a. <br><strong>Kao \u0161to se drvo iz korijena uzdi\u017ee prema gore i u njemu sokovi teku okomito i na\u0161e se tijelo energetski uspravlja, a budnost di\u017ee iz sigurne baze.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mindful dnevnik:&nbsp;\u0160to je osje\u0107aj uzemljenosti, stoji\u0161 li \u010dvrsto na svojim nogama? \u0160to te poljulja i kako se vra\u0107a\u0161 u svoju uzemljenu bazu.
