To je ono: sve dolazi su svoje vrijeme, onda kada su za to uvjeti spremni, kada sazre. Ali mi ponekad nismo spremni prepustiti se i imati povjerenja da \u0107e sve biti kako treba \u010dak mo\u017eda i ako ne\u0107e biti onako kako mislimo da treba. Otvaranje pupoljka je proces prirode u kojem se od nezrelog, zelenog i stisnutog materijala stvaraju latice, boja, miris i zanos koji ima na primjer ru\u017ea. Tako je i na\u0161 \u017eivot kada pogledamo od male bebe do odrasle osobe uz sve \u0161to \u0107e iz nas procvjetati. Zato je ovo odli\u010dna tema za yoga mjesec, prepu\u0161tanje zaigranosti plesu koje budi veselje i mladost. Prolazimo ritmi\u010dne i rasplesane pokrete u kojima se prepu\u0161tamo u\u017eitku rasplesanosti. Radimo neke malo neuobi\u010dajene segmente, balansiramo i otvaramo prsa.<br><strong>Budimo iskreno \u017eivotno veselje i ples svoje du\u0161e ba\u0161 kako se i cvijet s veseljem otvara da izrazi svoju punu prirodu i potencijal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mindful dnevnik: Kojim \u017eudnjama i averzijama vjeruje\u0161 u svojem \u017eivotu?
