Svi sati prate temu mjeseca. Paket sadr\u017ei i jedan <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/clanstvo\/privatni-sat\/\" data-type=\"clanstvo\" data-id=\"2920\">privatni sat<\/a> s konzultacijama mjese\u010dno u kojem zajedno prolazimo tvoju praksu, pitanja i sugestije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snimke svih sati uz motivacijske tekstove i upute za vo\u0111enje <em><a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/blog\/mindful-dnevnik\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/2025\/08\/17\/mindful-dnevnik\/\">Mindful<\/a><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/blog\/mindful-dnevnik\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/blog\/mindful-dnevnik\/\"> dnevnika<\/a> sti\u017eu ti na mail nakon vo\u0111enih sati. Snimke sati dostupne su jo\u0161 dva tjedna nakon odr\u017eanog live sata.
